Senator Wagoner, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                  
Resources Committee referral be waived on CS FOR HOUSE JOINT                                        
RESOLUTION NO. 14(RES) Urging the United States Congress to                                         
pass legislation to convey land to the University of Alaska. Without                                
objection, the resolution was referred to the Rules Committee.
